Teachers retain all rights to the quizzes and content they create. However, by using the Service, you grant Quiz Link Pro a license to host, display, and distribute this content to your students as intended by the platform's functionality.

5. Intended Use

Quiz Link Pro is designed for formative and practice purposes only. Quizzes, assignments, and AI-generated feedback provided through this Service are intended to help educators gauge student understanding and inform instruction — not to serve as official, high-stakes, or summative assessments. Users should not rely on this platform as the sole basis for assigning final grades or making academic decisions.

6. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account on Quiz Link Pro. Students under 13 may still participate in quizzes and assignments through teacher-shared open links that do not require account registration, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Teachers are responsible for ensuring that the use of Quiz Link Pro in their classrooms complies with their school's or district's policies regarding student data and online tools.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Quiz Link Pro shall not be held liable for any inaccurate scores, lost submissions, technical malfunctions, or errors in AI-generated content. It is the educator's responsibility to verify results and exercise professional judgment before using any data from this platform in an academic setting. In no event shall Quiz Link Pro be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
