Students under 13 may still participate in quizzes and assignments through teacher-shared open links that do not require account registration, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Teachers are responsible for ensuring that the use of Quiz Link Pro in their classrooms complies with their school's or district's policies regarding student data and online tools.

Quiz Link Pro shall not be held liable for any inaccurate scores, lost submissions, technical malfunctions, or errors in AI-generated content.
